County Locksmiths

Key broke off in the lock of my site box. Andy came out to site and had it sorted in ten mins. Great service, would recommend.

I drove to Count Locksmiths on a sunny Saturday morning in the hope that they would be able to supply duplicate keys for a good quality reproduction breakfront bookcase. The assistant on duty did not want to discuss my request or to show me any suitable blanks but told me to come back after 15 minutes. When I did, I discovered he had made one key from a very plain steel blank, which was not really what I had in mind. He described my original more ornate key as a "nasty little casting, the sort of thing supplied with 1970s furniture" in a very disparaging way. So I got some keys, not quite what I wanted, and left the shop feeling I was in no way a valued customer. I will not be returning. Another customer, who witnessed his words, commiserated as we left the shop.
