Jessica met me at the property I planned to let through Bairstow Eves. I found her to be very polite and helpful. She had a very good knowledge of the legal requirements which she communicated clearly. She was very clear regarding the different packages Bairstow Eves had to offer. After consideration I decided to go for the fully managed deal. She was very clear regarding the fees in relation to this which I found to be great value. It took 11 days from meeting Jessica at my property to a tenancy agreement being in place. She obtained what I would consider to be a very reasonable rental income. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service received.

After trying to sell our property through an online agent and having a terrible experience, Lauren turned up on our doorstep and we are so grateful she did. After discussing our options with her we decided to list our property with Bairstow Eves and within a month we'd had twice as many viewings and had accepted an offer! Amber became out point of contact and was really helpful and friendly, in fact all the staff we dealt with have been incredibly helpful and kept us up to speed with every step. We hadn’t moved for nearly 35 years. The team at Mansfield led by Kirsty eased us through our house sale.  They made a good and realistic valuation on our property and managed the viewings very well. The worst customer service I have ever received. **  It’s a real shame that the two departments have completely different attitudes towards customers. Sold my property with Bairstow Eves Lauren was my point of contact. Throughout the selling process she managed every part from giving me advice on what the property needed to get buyers through the door and keeping me informed at every point. The house sold on the first day of viewings and the sale was completed in just 9 weeks thanks to Lauren keeping everyone updated. I wouldn't hesitate to use Bairstow Eves again and would recommend Lauren I found her very friendly and helpful and making the whole process stress free.

I purchased my home through Bairstow Eves. Mollie was exceptional throughout the whole process. She helped keep our solicitors and the sellers solicitors on track. She tried her upmost to sort everything before going on AL but unfortunately we had to exchange whilst she was away. Thankfully Liam picked up right where Mollie left of providing the same level of exceptional service and assistance. I truly felt our purchase was in safe hands.

I would like to express massive thank you to Kirsty Ford , mortgage advisor of Bairstow eves. She is brilliant, very helpful , amazing person. She  help us get our mortgage approved in 2 weeks. Alongside to that she explained every step very clearly and assisted us on several other things as me and my husband are first time home buyer and her help has been immensely helpful  to proceed the purchase of property. Another big thank you to Mollie from sales who has been updating us on the entire process and has been really really helpful on listening and solving our concerns.
