This was my first time renting and Bairstow Eves made it very simple and easy for me. It was a quick turnaround between finding the flat and putting down a deposit, but I felt reassured and Alicia was in touch regularly to provide updates and answer all of my questions. The paperwork and other bits were done in a straightforward yet professional manner which made my life easier especially as I was away on holiday during most of this. Really great experience with both Alicia & Esmerelda. Was looking for a two bed flat and they were in constant contact. I was signed up to quite a few different estate agents and most were awful at getting back to me. These girls were totally on it! Definitely recommend.

If you are looking for a place to let in the area, you definitely have to use Alicia as your letting agent. Although we eventually found a place with a different letting agency, Alicia was the most diligent in trying to find us a place. She called and emailed on a weekly basis and checked in to see how our search was going. I really wish we found a place with her. She was the only one who went above and beyond with her service!

Something we really appreciated was the fact that he was regularly updating us which is so reassuring when you're without hot water. We never had to chase anything up - he was always on it!
