Avoid completely. Do not use them. I paid for 'professional' carpet cleaning service. Firstly they arrived late for the job. The clean was terrible and very slap dash. I complained to their customer service team and still have not received a phone call or apology from them.

Excellent company!. All round service was fantastic! Explained it was a bit of an emergency and they fitted me in on the day. Got rid of all the stains from the carpets, within an hour. Carpets look as good as new! Great price for the quality service and person who turned up was very friendly and nice.

What can I say other than that they did a first class job on our carpets at a great price. Very approachable, hard working and prompt. Highly recommended.

Absolutely top notch service. Paul was able to come round next day and managed to do a really good job on cleaning a grubby carpet which I was thought was a lost cause. I would highly recommend their service.
