I have recently moved into the area, and I went to Country Furniture Barn not having any idea of the furniture I was going to purchase. As soon as I walked in to the shop I was greeted by friendly staff who were willing to help. They walked around the shop with me helping me to design and furnish my whole house from scratch. The furniture I bought was of an extremely high standard and all for a great price! I also paid for their delivery service. This was very helpful, it was one fixed cost depending on where you lived and their staff build it for you and put it in situ. I am always popping back and forth buying all the little accessories that their shop is full of too. I highly recommend!

I visited Country Furniture Barn last week and I received excellent service. Paul Clark, one of the directors, was very helpful and made my experience very enjoyable. I would highly recommend!

We have been to the Country Barn five times now and have always found the staff helpful and friendly even when really busy. We changed our minds about some chairs which were exchanged with no quibble.We have bought dining and bedroom furniture and lighting, and the only piece that had a problem was willingly sorted out. We have several friends and acquaintances who have also shopped here, all have felt the same . Highly recommended!

We've bought quite a few large items from here over the last few years and the standard of the furniture and customer service has always been excellent. Very good value for money too as it looks far nicer and will last years longer than the dreaded flat packs and most other High Street furniture. Highly recommended.

Very very disappointed. When we visited their showroom they told us that the could quote to make any furniture and that we should email details to the business owner. I did this and after 3 weeks of no reply rang to be told that she didn't check her emails as she got so much rubbish in her inbox. We were given another email address to use and emailed details there. 2 weeks later another phone call to them to be told that our email did not show the dimensions of the furniture we wanted made. Surely a reply would have been nice but in any event they most certainly did have the dimensions. I would never consider buying anything from this store as the customer service is atrocious.
