There is one member of staff who lets this place down. The older woman with dark hair and glasses, never friendly and this is the third time we have been here to her and she barely even speaks. Rolled her eyes when we asked for some napkins in the bag. Don’t know why she works here because hits like she does not like people or to be bothered. Other girls all so so friendly too. Think she needs a job in a warehouse with no contact with the public not front end.

This one of these places where you go more to have a nice chat and enjoy wee banter rather directly go to eat. Staff very helpful, friendly and definitely they want to make sure you don't walk away hungry box always full hardly closing it. Quality of food is definitely making me comeback there I eat there at least once a week. Toilet and parking just a Cross the road.
Food is always tasty, love their chicken and garlic sos. They do own home made coleslaw which is hard to beat whenever I am starving and looking for something tasty. The boxes are that full of food the staff its difficult to close the lid. Staff very friendly, sometimes I go for a chat rather then actual food but still ending up getting chicken kebab as its really good.
Lovely food and great staff
This is one of the better Herons. I stop for a small 2 piece snack box and it is fine.Nice staff. It is on a par with KFC. SO TRY IT.
Love the chicken, much better than Portadown country fried haha. Staff are friendly, especially the short one;
Succulent Southern style fried chicken prepared on the premises by delightful staff,especially the morning girls.
Good food friendly staff.
