Absolutely disgusting that you purchased something in store, you wish to return it but you can’t as they don’t do refunds or returns on items brought in store only on online purchases?!!nFirst and last time I’m ever going there!!
I received amazing customer service from Martin and his team last week. I didn't want to order on the website as the items I wanted would take too long. I rang CB and Martin arranged next day delivery for me and couldn't be more helpful. I have been using CB for years in Bristol which has now shut down but will continue to do so online/over the phone as their customer service is exception and their items are just as nice. Thanks guys, you really helped my business out last week :
Love this place, I always get what I need and more
Very very unhelpful. Purchased an item that wasn't as expected because material thinner than required . Would not refund or exchange unless the item was damaged or broken. No customer rights or help at all. Totally pathetic customer relations.. Am I supposed to damage or break a purchase just to exchange or refund, totally unacceptable. So be warned if needing a refund. If its broke you can get one..
Only been hare a few times but its definatly the place to go to if your looking for artificial plants, flowers, party room dressing and party planning. It's a massive place that is filled to the rafters with everything you can think of.. it is a membership place so you do have to join if you want to go there regularly but the membership is free. On your firts visit you can enter on a guest pass when you go in. The other thing to note is that all the prices are without VAT so you'll need to add this to your spend. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking is available to which is a great bonus.
