Super helpful, I ordered the wrong size, they were able to provide a new one and organise collection of first piece. We are really happy with the end product. Fixing was straight forward and wood had moisture content of 12% which means it’s dry and won’t buckle with the heat

Could not be more pleased with my oak beam. It was made perfet to my measurement and also the colour matched my other furniture that was recomended for me. It was said that it would ve done after christmas but was done and finished and sent out nefore christmas  so was a nice treat for the house before family come over for christmas. Supper excited to get it up on the wall. The suervice from Helen has been amazing. Thank you so much. Im in love with it already.
