Very dirty and badly lit with the outside bins overflowing… Zero stars if it were at all possible If you do visit then avoid the side slip road on the left hand side as you enter the garage from the A303 to Burger King as there is a pot hole there the size of a small African nation … thought I saw a moon lander in it !! It’s been getting bigger over the months and months …. I know as I live local Save money and your car alloy rims & get your Fuel 7p a litre cheaper in the Murco in Bulford just up the road
Comfortably the worst toilets I've seen at any services and the lowest quality burger king I've eaten anywhere. Saw a rat outside that was the size of a kitten, seemed to fit in well with the overall feel of the place. Gets one star due to the rat's impressive muscular physique. Avoid if you can.
Absolutely vile place to stop. I would avoid it like the plague. The toilets were overflowing that was the men's and the disabled toilet was overflowing as well. The smell was horrendous. As for the car park I have never seen such a death trap with deep pot holes. Avoid this scummy place.
Absolutely disgusting. None of the toilets have any toilet roll, toilets look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks and the bins were over flowing. Do not stop here! Continue to the next services, more options and a cleaner environment.
I have been here two Saturdays in a row and I have never been to a more disgusting place. There are rats running outside by the over flowing bins. Inside the tables aren’t cleared there are bins over flowing, the tables are covered in food and dirt, the floors are vile and if someone came in to inspect it it would be shut down. Absolute disgrace
Floor is disgraceful. Toilets have no toilet paper and provide rough serviettes but only enough for 4 people. Bins are disgusting and overflowing. It is a health hazard to stop here. Do not stop, go slightly further towards London and stop at Solstice Park instead. Better service and more options.
Avoid if possible. This is the worst service station I have ever visited. Inadequate parking, no space to socially distance while queuing for inadequate toilets. Only unhealthy stodgy food outlets here, with no proper coffee shop, only push button coffee machines at all outlets. Not a single seat provided either inside or out. People stood outside their cars eating and drinking. Dreadful place, strongly suggest you drive past.
Stopped at Countess Services on A303 near Amesbery. Who's responsible for the bins. Every bin in the car park and restaurant at 5 pm were overflowing. Watched one person remove a sack from a bin and not replace it. Food all over the floor under the tables. Toilet rolls sat on top of the locked holders. Pigsty
There was a huge pothole in the road between A303 and this service station which was dirty and under-serviced - Countess Services says it has nothing to do with them - Do Not Use these facilities!
Absolutely disgusting, rats running around outside and I have never been so shocked by how filthy the inside of any building has been. No description could aptly describe the overflowing rubbish, the disgusting floors, tables covered in sauce, it’s horrendous
