After buying her first pair of jeans EVER through a Daily Telegraph offer a few weeks ago,  my 88 year-old mother was so impressed that she wanted another pair!  On Thursday morning (July 20), we went to the Clacton Factory Outlet's Cotton Traders store and had the very good fortune to be served by Abby who couldn't have done more to help my mother in her quest.  Despite very slow responses from the online site that morning, she persevered until she found the Daily Telegraph offer, located the jeans, verified that the size was still available, and managed to secure them at the 50% price reduction that had been offered some weeks ago.  And then she took the trouble to phone my mother's order through and arrange for home delivery.  Any lesser sales associate might simply have said "No, we don't have any of those"  and we would have accepted that and walked disappointed away!  But because of Abby, we had the happiest of endings.
Kudos to Abby for going far more than the extra mile.  Her positive and indefatigable enthusiasm to help her customer was awesome.  She is a great credit to Cotton Traders - not just a great product, but a fantastic customer service experience too.  Thank you, Abby!
