Was told I could come get bits from my car on a Monday, went on the Wednesday and it turns out they'd passed on my car to another company via insurance the week before.nnDue to this the organisation and communication don't seem great, but my insurance is also to blame and I can see it would be easy to overlook clerically.nnAside from that the receptionist was lovely, handled as best she could and put me in touch with the right people with clear instructions on my next steps.

My elderly mother’s car was recovered there recently by the police following an accident. Just the next day they posted a recorded letter to her threatening to charge her to get it removed, charging a daily rate or to dispose of her car within 7 days if it wasn’t collected despite there being an insurance claim. They hadn’t given the body shop even 24 hours to arrange collection! Imagine your 80 year old mother receiving such an aggressive and unnecessary letter!! Couldn’t even discuss it with them as no one answers the phone.
Some people, I received a notification to recover the van for 320 lira, I went, I spoke to them and said that I wanted to recover it, but when I went to ask them for my personal belongings, they said that The van is no longer with them, something indescribable, they gave me a phone number to call that number, how should I behave in this situation with such scum
