Great product selection and even greater staff.. From the moment of stepping in the shop through my many queries there was always a member of staff on hand to support. Customer service is so important, to be served by three separate members all of who were consistent in there approach was refreshing to say the least.
Purchased some great trouser with very little help from a member of staff, I thought he had a strange manner, my partner was looking at boots for women, and saw no signs saying do not try them, and no staff member was around, so was trying them on, the chap with grey short hair approached her and ask are you looking to purchase today, then went into you need to be measured etc and wear socks, I get the socks part, but after being told it’s a 30 to 45 minute process we unfortunately didn’t have the time, as we had just spent ages in webbs buying a greenhouse. So my problem is the staff members manner, he needs to soften his way, I found him slightly abrasive but he was worse with my partner. Maybe training is required, as I bought trousers that wasn’t cheap, we could have easily ended buying 2 pairs of boots and another pair of trousers that’s easy money. If he was a good salesperson with a good approach. I know I would have sold that and more to us as we are impulse buyers. I walked into a Mercedes Garage for a switch for my van and drove out with a convertible.
This was our first time in the newly opened coffee shop in Webb's of wychbold, great for a quick snack and it's designed to ease the pressure on the main restaurant,which can get very busy !! It's got a nice atmosphere and comfortable chairs we will try it again next time we are in the store
Brilliant store, had to return a coat bought online so I could try an alternative size, phoned to check and got a very nice person who advised I could return or exchange in store. When I arrived I was given the most informed advice I've received in a shop for a very long time by a really pleasant young man, left with a better solution than I went in with a very happy customer. Thank you.
I really like this store. The staff are always incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They always listen to what you want rather than try to sell the most expensive thing. It can be a bit pricey, but if you time it with sales you can grab a bargain. They will also price match the Internet, so its worth a Google if you think it might be cheaper elsewhere. I always prefer to buy my outdoors items in the flesh. Today's purchase was a sleeping bag, and the staff were great, can't wait to give it a go!
The products are good and the staff are helpful. Prices are, however, at the high end. Fund what you want, then check prices with other retailers before splashing out here, you might find you can save a lot of money.
Great range of outdoor clothing. Right beside Webbs Garden Centre. Free car parking,close to M5 Droitwich exit. Friendly and helpful staff, their Click and Collect option for out of stock items and different sizes works well. Great sale prices in January
Great shop, we asked an assistant if they had any cropped trousers and she immediately found them. Who was with me they had her size and she said they were a lovely fit, I was disappointed as they hadn't got my size and the assistant said we can order them and have them sent to your home address, and this was very quick delivery the next day, I since tried them in and they are great. We also bought a t-shirt each at the time which the same assistant told us they were on offer for 2. There was also a male assistant who was also very friendly. Such lovely staff
Fantastic service. Henry fitted me for some new walking boots. A very thorough service, after some disappointments at other retailers. I finally got the perfect pair for me, and they were not too expensive in relation to other companies. It's worth the expense to get the correct gear.
I was surprised to find this store was still open, as most Cotswold stores around the area seem to have closed Solihull, Coventry. It's nice to have a browse and they have some decent kit. Staff are helpful too. Prices are much higher than comparable online though, but if you like to try before you buy then it's worth a visit.
