My experience buying walking boots from Cotswold Outdoor in Droitwich at Webbs was excellent. Their staff have real depth of knowledge including which boots are best suited to different shapes of foot. The absence of sales pressure was also very refreshing, compared to some other outdoor shops I tried. Highly recommended.
Outstanding customer service from the very helpful Manager who used his initiative to sort out an exchange of an unsuitable gift. We left with an excellent item.
