I recently had the pleasure of taking my car in for service at BMW, and I must say, the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Stuart, in particular, provided exceptional service that went above and beyond my expectations.nnNot only was the car serviced to perfection, but it also came back spotless and freshly hoovered. To my delight, a few thoughtful BMW gifts were left in the car for me, adding a personal and generous touch to the whole experience.nnThe attention to detail and the friendly, professional service I received made a lasting impression. Now, THIS was excellent customer service! Took my beamer for some recall work to be completed. I was greeted by a lovely young man, very smartly dressed and polite, named Charles. He was so very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles they had on offer. I had a little mini as my courtesy car. Charles explained fully how to operate everything, and when I came back the next morning to collect my car, it had been cleaned too! As customer satisfaction goes, he gets a 10/10 considering i was not there to buy anything!What a breath of fresh air.
Well had good and bad experiences.nBought a car, the salesman Dan excellent.nAfter sales service Charles was excellent.nTook the Mrs mini in for a job, quoted £3500-£4000, ok no problem.nI got a phone call from Amy said they refused to do the job I wanted and insisted on taking the engine out, fair enough.nThen striping it, looking for faults.nThen put it back and tell me what's wrong with it.nThen I can pay them to do the work they want to do.nThat or, just put a new engine in it.nDone 50000 miles it is practically new.nNa, don't think so if I'm paying and it's my property then we do what I want not what you want.nCiao!

Excellent service as usual. Was booked in here today for a Recall & Brake fluid change. 5 minutes from dropping it off, warning lights came on my dash, I explained to Jessica on service that the light had just came on. This was no problem. Fitted new abs sensor, fluid change & airbag recall. 5* service
