I was promised a free MOT re-test after the usual 10 days grace period by Simon Thompson, as I was having a hand operation and would not be able to drive for 2 weeks. When I called to book the re-test I explained the situation and they said that although Simon was now on holiday that would be fine. When I went to collect my car after the re-test, I was told there was a charge for it and they wouldn't budge. They said that as SImon was away on holiday they said they couldn't prove he had offered this to me. They have certainly lost my future custom. Very disappointing.

Thanks you for excellent service this week. My car develop a problem over the weekend, I brought it into you on Monday unannounced but you carried out the repairs quickly & provisionally. As the car was just out of warranty you only charged for parts. Thanks again for great service, really appreciated it & recommend you.
