Declined quite a bit in recent months due to a change over of staff with respect to the cafe. Training in the making of coffee drinks was a high standard not long ago. However a high rate of changeover of staff has left people with little interest in making a quality coffee in charge of training others, thus the overall standard has dropped very low. Given that they have a monopoly on a campus of 2,500 students and staff there is very little impetus for change. Disappointing to see the cafe side of the business to have fallen so far. The shop is okay in a pinch.
Really lovely atomsphere! the staff are always welcoming and polite. I have been here many times and not once had a issue, I would like to say thank you to everyone who has worked here and please keep up the great work. 10/10 highly reccomended
Small campus shop, not a wide range as a consequence. Expensive. Coffee shop freindly and good hot chocolate. Like all cafes, takes a while for drinks to be made.
The vegan salted caramel cake served here easily makes this a 5-star place - so delicious! Shop is a little pricey, but then what do you expect from a costcutter?
The staff are lovely and the coffee is good. Opening times leave a lot to be desired, especially out of term time and at weekends; considering the prices they could afford this.
