Took a parcel to be returned via Yodel. Women very unpleasant. Said they had no room for any more parcels. Gave me false information about printing label. Will be taking parcel to another drop off point and will not be returning to this store anytime soon.
Excellent shop with an ever growing array of produce and variety. Staff are so very friendly and particularly knowledgeable on all the best Gins to buy and try!! A drink I never enjoyed until visiting the store after it opened and being educated on all the different flavours to try. I love picking up delicious fresh curries, home baking, butchers produce, gifts and not forgetting their fantastic variety of alcohol. All this at excellent value, often rivaling supermarket prices with artisan quality. Brilliant addition to the community especially with all the work they do to help out local charities. Keep up the great work Day-Today!!
Everyone using this as their drop-off point for couriers: THINK AGAIN! I dropped my parcel off with them, got a receipt and the next day when the courier driver went to collect, he was told there was nothing to collect. Upon my requests to the courier company, the driver was sent back 2 more times and was told again that there's no parcel. When I went to the store to chase it up myself, I was faced with an extremely unhelpful, disinterested and unapologetic employee who couldn't care less and refused to look at my receipt when I presented it to him. There are plenty of other local drop-off points to choose from. Any of them would be better than here.
