Was told that this store was worth a visit. An hours drive away, which was definitely worth it. It's clean, tidy, staff were extremely helpful. A much nicer experience than our local one.nWill definitely be going to this store from now on.
Went at 5.15 on a Friday and it was a nice calm environment. Nice and spacious compared to others. Plenty on the shelves. Brought a full cooked pizza for only £10!! Parking was great, nice big spaces. Diesel was cheap.
Good deals available sometimes. Like almost half price on some items. They keep updating their isles. The store is massive. They have a nice selection of meats. Stuff is cheaper in store as compared to what is available on the website. Fuel is usually the cheapest in the area. Expect long queues during peak hours. They have fully grown olive trees in store sometimes. Nice selection of clothing.
Costco is great in terms of the niche items and whole sale packsnHowever, I feel the prices have gone up noticeably post covid.nGiven there is a .99 at the end of every price tag, I would recommend to read the price from right to left so that the brain is not fooled into thinking about the 'low' price. For example, 14.99 may look lot cheaper than 15.00 when in reality it's only 1 pence that is different.
This is my favourite store, have been to others but always come back to this one. Has loads of parking, food court, tyre centre and fuel station.nThis is a very popular store and can get quite busy, especially at openings times on weekends. So be prepared to do the English thing and queue.nFood court can also get busy well when a large hotdog with a drink is only £1.50, it's not really a surprise. Staff are polite and friendly.
