Asked a member of your staff about the toilet roll as he was at the staff area.. I could only see the brand I wanted at the staff area stacked up and unreachable I politely asked if he could tell me how to get that.. He didn’t look very happy with me and then glared at me and walked out to the section I hadn’t seen shouting in a horrible tone “ it’s there “ the staff are Normaly so friendly and helpful . As am Normaly here shopping every 2 weeks.
Great for bargains and always plenty to choose from. Food, clothing, homeward, sports and garden. Fantastic.nHowever, my wife and I did buy a large garden storage box. Large box and heavy. The problem is I am in a wheelchair and my wife is small. Now I did ask for help and a young man brought a flatbed trolley, 2 of them placed it on moved it to the side. It left me in a wheelchair to pull it to the checkouts and struggled out with it. No one offered any help. Don't go hoping you will receive assistance. A Gold member I expected better from the store.nI hope this reaches management.
Ruined shopping experience.nnThe parking rules are horrible. They encourage you to stay there longer with their canteen and other services and then if you overstay 3 hours while SHOPPING INSIDE THE STORE give you £100 fine. And there is no way to extend this time. I’m cancelling my Costco membership
5Stars for the optical department! I had an eye emergency and throughout the whole process of treatment from the staff on the phone to the optometrists every single staff member that was involved were all outstanding and could not have helped more. Thank you
Been coming here for over 25 yrs since it opend great place you either love Costco like me or not but great value especially the food court highly recommend
