We were so happy to find a Costco in Edinburgh! It’s always a treat to wander the aisles and spot some of the products we came to love back in the US. Familiar brands, good deals, and the usual Costco experience made us feel right at home.
The new cookies at the food court are incredible! Highly recommend you try them if you’re in the warehouse, served warm and gooey. Ps be warned they are massive!!!

This Costco outlet has very friendly staff. Since my Costco membership from outside UK, I need to get a temporary membership to enter. They were very helpful and I really appreciate their assistance. The prices are reasonable. If I travel Edinburgh again, I will definitely come back.
I had an extremely upsetting experience at this location. While going through the till, I was treated with blatant disrespect by a staff member who was aggressive and hyper. She made a deeply offensive comment, saying, “You shouldn’t be here,” which I found to be racist and completely unacceptable.nnI expect better from a company like Costco, and I hope this incident is thoroughly investigated. No customer should be made to feel unwelcome or targeted because of who they are, I expect someone from management to get in touch. ..
