If you think that people come to Costa in Chorleywood for the coffee and cakes, then you would be mistaken. Both can be purchased in other coffee houses in the village; many offering better products. The reason that people come here is the staff - who are excellent. Nidhi, Niall and Jasper are ALWAYS polite, engaging, courteous and professional. They make Costa in Chorleywood what it is - and not the cakes or coffee!
I just went to get my regular coffee costa as usual and the lady serving the coffee wasn't very professional her behaviour is disgust i will never come back again
The staff here are wonderful. So friendly and kind.
Very friendly service, clean and calm branch, with a few books for kids. WiFi, plug sockets, sofa, and long tables available.
Amazing staff and Great Coffee. Brought a set of Syrups aswell and excited to use it.
