it's almost all the time busy in this store. The food and drinks was almost all the time fresh and hot!
Just a shambles…great location and busy but come on! 8 weeks of no dishwasher so it’s all take away cups. Orders always wrong or short. Team more interested in clowning about with each other than just getting what should be a relatively slick process from working How can you get toast wrong? Oh yes…. More interested in chatting about last night than putting it in to cook Outside is disgusting. The floor, well I have no words. If you’re a non smoker you can’t sit out there for the smell. Shame, it’s all just wrong.
I came to this Costa with my dad on a small shopping trip, so we thought we’d stop by. I ordered a cappuccino and a ginger and lemon iced tea. Overall the cappuccino was great, the ginger and lemon iced tea was made by a barista maestro. I am a costa barista myself so am able to assess quality of drinks. My lemon and ginger iced tea was not brewed long enough. I received it almost immediately, also the taste of the syrup was so weak! It was like I was having straight iced tap water with a lemon slice. Not entirely impressed and quite disappointing! Overall the store is nice and tidy and very well organised- great atmosphere too.
Didn't really have a good time , they ran out of maple syrup so had to have hazelnut latte instead , plus the waiter forgot to add whipped cream, the toilets were filthy and smelt bad , I hope they improve the next time I visit.
Dirty. Slow. Entitled and uninterested staff. Outside area is borderline septic and inside is full of dirty tables with leftover food, plates and cups which can sit uncleared for hours at a time. Undeserving of a prime location
This is one of my least favourite Costa branches. Coffee is good but just lacks customer care and always looks messy.Service: 3/5
Given this dirty knife to eat my sausage roll with and this dirty knife to stir my coffee. Not really impressed. Needles to say didn't use either of these..
Great store! Free electric parking directly adjacent, really friendly customer service & I made a mistake with my order and they were exceptionally helpful Would definitely recommend the Taplow spot!
