Staff got orders wrong, as usual, and aren't exactly helpful. It's noisy and the queue is long and slow. If you are disabled, like I am, this might not be the best place to wait in line. Vegetarian options: Not the best. At points they have sold fish as suitable for vegetarian, fish is suitable for pescatarians Kid-friendliness: If your child can cope with noise then it's OK but not the best range of kid foods however the treats, like cookies, aren't too bad. Wheelchair accessibility: The doorway is misleading as it looks like they would have an abundance of wheelchair space, however, here is very limited space in the seating area so its difficult to get to a table with a wheelchair.
Absolutely no sense of urgency amongst the staff . Xmas week a huge queue going outside the door and theyre pace hasnt picked up in the slightest !!!

Great service this morning - the staff had my order ready before I got to counter !!!!! Just shows how often I'm in Costa 2 years later and things just arent the same on this site - compared to other sites this one in rushmere is in need of refurbishing and service seems to be less efficient recently - their product is still of good quality but improvements required !!! Has recently been refurbished and now is much more appealing to the eye - still a nice place to go for good coffee even if it is too expensive

Fast friendly staff clean tables and good to eat and drink coffee inside and out on a nice day
Nice relaxing atmosphere. Nice coffee, and you can get a huge mug of it if you so desire. Wheelchair accessible and toilets available. Great for smokers, as there is a smoking area outside, where you can have a ciggy and drink your coffee. Prices aren't bad, prefer it to Starbucks.
Coffee is absolutely delicious and lovely staff
The tea English breakfast is very good,the toasted sandwiches are excellent,but the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, the chairs with material seat covers,need deep cleaning,they are badly stained,some of the signs displaying drinks,are all finger marks,the display area for buns pastry doesn't have a closed in back,so flies as I witnessed can and do walk all over the buns,staff always look scruffy,
