Service etc was good and prompt. Mac and cheese was off. Should've gone back but I was home when I realised. Otherwise it would've been 5 stars.
Daughter bought a hot chocolate, wandered around a couple of shops before taking a sip. She burned her lips. It was absolutely scalding hot and staff did not seem to botherd when she returned to complain and ask for some cold milk.
A good typical high street Costa.
Staff were really rude, came into Costa full of cheer, left feeling deflated! Drink was good though!

Good service despite the current situation
I struggle to get a consistent flat white, sometimes perfect then terrible. Consistency is the key in any service business, especially food!
