I am always impressed with just how friendly the staff are at this drive through Costa. They always offer my dog a biscuit and wish us a safe journey.Food: 5/5
I would always give somewhere the benefit of the doubt, however after 6 visits here, 4 times my Caramel Latte has been without Caramel, today was one of those days, I also had a cup that was approximately 60% full... Of what was just coffee. Just terrible. Never again.Food: 1/5

We stopped for a coffee. The lady serving was absolutely lovely, so friendly. It was also my little boy's birthday and she made a big fuss of him. So refreshing to have someone so positive and determined to put a smile on people's faces!Food: 5/5

Got all the way to Beaulieu National Motor Museum and my coffee was still too hot to drink. I'm amazed they can make coffee this hot and still serve it in disposable cups.
I ordered a large black American coffee, and they put milk in that coffee. Wasted money on something I couldn't drink. The next day I went to them to get my black Americano coffee again, and when I told them that last time they put milk in my coffee they didn't even apologize, which shows that they knew what they were doing they also put milk in the coffee on purpose. When I told them that I wanted the coffee without milk, they immediately reversed the glasses, which means that they had a glass prepared with milk, they just had to add the coffee!!! Then I asked them for an empty small glass, and they said that they should make me pay for it, but I forgot to tell them that they should give me my money back for the black American coffee, because - they put milk without me wanting it, and without asking me!

Went here at 1730 on the 31/10/20 the woman working had lost my order by the time I got to the drive thru collection point, she didn't really care had to wait for it as she was to busy watching TV. When she gave me my last drink she put it on the tray faced the other way carried on watching TV and while nearly hit my car with the metal drink dropper as she wasn't looking she didn't even say anything I drove off very disappointed. Please review there work and service skills as she had none. Customer experience zero!
