Fantastic Costa... congratulations to all the staff for their efficiency and wonderful cheerfulness at a time during the Christmas market when the cafe was full to capacity. Clockwork... speedy service and great atmosphere. Special mention to Elly Kim who never missed an order ... well done.. 👍👍👍🤗

It was a nice Costa Coffee, but as of April 2018 it appears to have closed down with no notice (was still open late March 2018). But then it is close to another Costa on Stephenson Street / Navigation Street. Had nice friendly staff. O2 WiFi worked most of the time.

A lot of people get this Costa confused with the one upstairs. This is past the barriers and right next to platform 4/5 and opposite Whsmith. It's a very small costa. Good for having my morning coffee as they are quick, friendly and remember my drink every time I visit.

The baby chinos were great. A small cup of hot chocolate with a flake or marshmallow for 55p was a bargain. Now we have to pay for the flake or marshmallow. Apparently this is because a child choked on the free sweet.

Really enjoyed the orange, pistachio and polenta cake with a pot of tea on a chilly day.
