I can say the service not waaaw, for brand lije Costa which they are every where in country, they should have propare training team to moniter all staffs... specially store manager and store in charge they should moniter in store how customer been serived and quality of the the drinks been served.. over all the quality of coffee beans are best 😊😊😊😊

Gentlemen who served us was extremely polite and professional, however after realising that my drink was lukewarm I politely asked the female barista for it to be remade. She then argued with me for a good minute how it is fine and that it is my fault I didn't ask for ' extra hot '. Then the lady of eastern Europe origin then simply primed a glass with hot water and made the same drink, which turned out to be good, and slammed it in front of me and huffed, the other costumers looked at me in disbelief. Very rude and poor service... Probably not coming back. At least my wife's drink was OK, but you can't really get a flat white wrong...

Miserable rude staff. Unfriendly and bad attitude. Slow service. When I asked to add a babychino to the drinks order they said no it was too late and that I hadn't paid bearing in mind it is a small amount of frothy milk. Will not be going back.
