You should provide full training to your employees before put them on the counter. I fully understand that the are beginners, but to wait 10-15 min for a coffee and a muffin which they forgot about it it’s a joke. Not respecting the queue, not apologising… it’s sad.Food: 4/5

We only popped in to get a take-away ice tea and coffee, but I was struck by how friendly the service was. Shanta is a great member of the team over there. Highly recommended! We will go again.
I had a lovely experience in store today when I popped in to take advantage of an offer for a £1 cake with my drink order. I wasn't rushed to make an order, so I was able to take my time choosing my salted caramel brownie which was delicious, by the way. The staff were super helpful - I had my baby with me, and someone immediately offered to bring my order to me when it was ready. There were plenty of other customers in the store but there was ample room, and the atmosphere was really friendly. It was clean and bright and noticeably more spacious since it's been done up. 10/10.

As Costa's go, this one was pretty good. I only had a short wait in the queue before ordering and the staff members were friendly. Coffee was great and free due to Costa Club rewards!. I had to sit at a table which hadn't been cleared yet and they were a little slow to clear it but it was reasonably busy in there. Overall, good experience.
Our favourite place to spend a little time with our family.Service: 5/5
