Overpriced and Cold hot chocolate. I asked for a large Mint Hot Chocolate, they only do medium fair enough, but what I received was a SMALL cup, flavourless and cold chocolate. They used left over milk from a previous customer. The staff seemed very pushy to get customers in and out. So poor customer service. If I’m paying £3.60 for a hot chocolate I expect something nicer than what I can make at home. I won’t be going again. Very disapointed and I won’t be going there again. Avoid Costa Coffee and go to a smaller coffee shop it’s cheaper, better, WARMER.

My Costa has just been renovated it's looks great and still same first class service.

Love visting Costa meeting up with my friend's it's like home from home for us we spend at least 2 hour's or more in there every vist staff are brilliant get on with them all.

Alway clean the staff r always very friendly nothing ever any trouble for them really make you feel welcome there alway busy never still but still have the time to say hello thank you x

The pizzas are always good but picking them up can be a problem as there are too many delivery staff going in and out and you can't get a word in edgeways
