All in all an average place with average drinks at over inflated pricing. A sign of the times that people believe an expensive coffee must be good value. Coffee franchises like this have become like a must have mobile or laptop. Over stated and over rated. Service can be slow as the shop has busy periods that it can't really cater for. Usually a put off trying to jump on a seat before ordering any drink. For me - I'd rather go to an unbranded franchise and get a better coffee at a much lower price.

I regularly come here but won't be doing again until this place is sorted out. The ceiling looks like it is about to fall down. The walls are a mess and my photos say it all about the cleanliness of the place. I ended up coming out and going to the one on winwick road. A much nicer place to sit.

The young staff were very helpful & polite. Coffe was ok. However the interia is very dated, tired,tatty. In serious need of an update to compete with more upmarket coffee shops.took some friends who were visiting from down under.& was quite embarrassed to say the least being worried about any dust or bits of debris falling down into our coffee. From the peeled down ceiling un cleansed tables with trays full of dirty cups plates & rubbish on. Ihad to apoligise to my company for taking them to costa. Defiantly will not be returning again. Unless they have a serious revamp. And hire some table cleaners!. Disscusting.the Se are pictures of the ceiling above our heads.my phone camara is not very good sorry.much worse than the photograph portrays.

Rude and offensive. I regularly use Costa Coffee as a quality service and product. Today I have reason to question this. On a visit today I noticed a notice saying that as of 2nd November no news papers would be provided in the future. As it is the 30th October I enquired if papers are available. The young man I spoke to told me there are no papers as customers steal them. I said I was disappointed as it was a benefit of enjoying a coffee at Costa. The young man told me I should therefore approach a customer with a paper and prevent them from stealing them! Not what I understand as customer care. I will in future use one of the many alternative coffee shops in Golden Square.

Usually love Costa, but the Warrington branch was not as good an experience. Dirty plates, cold drinks and a long wait.
