As to be expected staff,location excellent and again fantastic coffee.

Not the great service I would expect from costa like Daleside in Nottingham which the staff always keep the place clean and tidy, drinks are served at a reasonable quick pace and staff are hardworking and worl great as a team. Newark was a shock to the system - *The Cafe was filthy and cups and saucers everywhere that hadent been taken away. *Staff were working in an individual basis and not teamworking very well. *Staff were walking around slowly like they were chilling in Pjamas at home and checking mobile phones while working and took forever to serve just 3 people. *Staff seem to have a very poor atitude and work ethic. In comparison to Nottingham which is much more busier, what a shambles!
