Clean, cosy, but still with plenty of space. Friendly staff and within the McArthur Glen outlet just off the last junction (45) of the M6 northbound and just across the Scottish border in Gretna. We had a good visit. Recommended

Very pleasant and convenient coffee shop in shopping arcade.

Enjoyed the stop here for Americanos. Pleasant staff and an efficient friendly barrista. Coffee tasted good. Nice layout too.

It's not like any other Costa I have been in, ordered a small late and 3 hot chocolates today. The late was completely cold and the hot chocolate luke warm.... with a small cake 14 quid.. Costa pride themselves on hot drinks, something went wrong today and had to complain. Answer, I mustn't have warmed the milk up!!!! not impressed Costa.

We had a 'decent' cappuccino together with a more-ish raspberry and white chocolate muffin. BUT we also had overpriced sandwiches, overpriced crisps and overpriced hard oatmeal biscuits. Sadly all staff were so focussed on serving customers that the place was filthy, especially the toilets. During our 45 minute stay we didn't witness one member of the Costa team carrying out any cleaning duties. This left a rather unpleasant after-taste to what could have been a 3 or 4 star review!
