All the staff are very friendly and work hard. We particularly like the all day breakfast and they make my latte perfectly as I like it very weak! Sometimes it’s very busy so you have to wait a bit longer and maybe the staff haven’t got time to chat and smile as they are heads down working hard.

I visited today and I want to give Imogen a good review - she was very polite, friendly and constantly keeping busy making sure orders were taken quick and the tables/trays were cleared quickly. Another good review is for Shannon who was constantly smiling and hardworking. I believe it could of been the manager on shift who I felt came across rude and unfriendly.. and the selection of food was very poor today, sadly that's why I haven't given 5 stars. But overall the experience was good

Very poor service. No one at counter when I arrived. Member of staff emerged from kitchen area to do some sweeping up, totally ignored queue of people at counter. After a while a 2nd member of staff emerged from the kitchen, served 1st customer and returned to kitchen without any acknowledgement of the people waiting to be served. At this point I left.

Dirty glasses and cups everywhere hardly any food or cakes out massive Que get our drinks although there was four people there to make the coffee. our drinks were going to be in a take away cup although I was staying in. coffee didn’t taste great milk didn’t taste right coffee could be lot hotter. we got our food way before our coffees.

We visited today and were really disappointed by the service we had. Rude, sarcastic responses to the questions I asked, being hurried to pay when I hadn't finished ordering and not a single smile made being in there fairly uncomfortable.
