It's Costa what more is there to say, in my opinion it's the best place to get a coffee. Coast has a loyalty card scheme which may take a while to accumulate points it is nice every so often to hear the batista say you've got enough to get your coffee for free. Though I only give a 4 star review because the prices are a little steep but you do get what you pay for, though the food is fat to expensive for me.

Place is amazing. Was a little worried about the busyness of the place. Because if my disability I have a real problem with balance. So it’s amazing that the wonderful lady in the glasses brings my my orders. 😊 Definetly a place I’d recommend

Nothing special. Plenty of available seating, service polite but robotic. I'd go to Gregg's for takeaway coffee.. cheaper, tastier and quicker. Pretentious and expensive.

This was my first ever time in a Costa coffee shop before, the staff were friendly and it was pretty busy , the prices are a bit steep for a few items which I guess is ok, apart from this it was a nice experience

I visited this branch of Costa Coffee for a very late lunch at 4.00pm on the last Saturday before Christmas. As expected they were very busy but the queue went down quickly and my cappuccino came out almost as soon as I had paid. There was a short delay for my brie and bacon panini but it was brought to my table whilst my coffee was still hot. Top marks to the staff for maintaing a high standard of service and keeping most of the tables clear of used crockery despite the volume of customers. No marks to the father who allowed his youngster to scream incessantly for no apparent reason. If you read this, have some consideration for other customers next time.
