Staff are always friendly & the atmosphere relaxed. Air conditioning is usually a little on the cooler side (like all Costas), but I think that's a Costa thing - the quicker they turn tables the more money they can make!

All ways pleasant staff been in loads of costs but the guys in STRETFORD MALL are the best well mannered and thoughtful 10 out of 10

Patronising and rude staff who told my mum to not enter 'his' store with her Greggs coffee, ignoring the fact that I had paid and purchased my own drink from Costa. And a barista was quite patronising who attempted to give me tips on how to order properly next time. Sorry I'm not a Costa expert.

Always a nice drink. Whenever I go there. This time a Strawberry and Banana smoothie, and a taste of my daughter Caramel fudge festino also very nice
