Just got my Uber eats order for costa Saltash, and had a lovely message waiting for me on my coffee, thankyou
Sadly.not a great visit. Waited over 30 mins to get 2 coffees. The staff were getting the customers order wrong which had a knock on effect for the queue. Staff poured the first coffee and there it sat for a further 15 mins waiting for the 2nd one. By the first one was cold and they would.not re do the order. Left without drinking anything and was refused a refund. The staff were working flat out but sadly getting it all.wrong.
Standard Costa with indoor and outside seating. Free parking.nThere is a drive through facility too.nIt wasn't obvious where Costa was sited when entering the site.nFind it by driving into the site and it's on the left about 100 metres in behind McDonalds.
My partner went in with her mum and my Autistic daughter. My daughter became unregulated and received abuse from another family. The staff proceeded to watch but did not say anything there is clearly no zero tolerance policy here and people are allowed to be threatening and aggressive without any intervention. I will be trying to get through to head office about this!
Brand new Costa Coffee for Saltash, despite there are some Costa Express in town already, this new brach brings a more personalised service than the Express machines in town.nPlace looks very trendy and staff very helpful.nLets see what Coca cola brings new for this brand, now that they bought it.nThey have a drive thru which opens at 5.30 am and closes at 22.30, for those in a hurry.
