As I live here I have been getting drinks for years with no problem but in the past month the caramel frappes I've bought just aren't up to standard. They hardly have any caramel and I mean little to none! And as I dont like coffee I order without but they had to remake as they made me one with coffee even though I clearly stated I didn't want any.
Lovely food and great staff. The only reason I marked it down an overall point was due to Costas lack of environmental awareness. I ordered a Mac and cheese to takeaway which was very tasty but the food comes in a cardboard box anyway. However it was then put into another cardboard toastie box and then a carrier bag. Way too much packaging that it totally unneeded. Also because it was stacked on it's side in the bag the meal had all fallen to one side in the box and was actually starting to seep out! I feel a company the size of Costa should be more aware of using too much unnecessary packaging that it just going to be thrown away when the box the food comes in is already adequate.nnPlease don't just send an automatic response to people's reviews when they have taken the time to leave one. You haven't even commented on the packaging issue. It's quite obvious that you haven't even read it. Outrageous.
Brand new Costa Coffee for Saltash, despite there are some Costa Express in town already, this new brach brings a more personalised service than the Express machines in town.nPlace looks very trendy and staff very helpful.nLets see what Coca cola brings new for this brand, now that they bought it.nThey have a drive thru which opens at 5.30 am and closes at 22.30, for those in a hurry.

Ordered two flat whites today 1st Jan 2023 and the way it is poured and served, is absolutely unprofessional in the terms of quality, appearance and taste. I never usually complain but this is terrible for a Costa brand. Seriously, train your barista and ensure quality matches elsewhere.
