Fast And Friendly Service came here with my best friend for a catch up
This store has been one of my favourites for a while now but tonight they REALLY let themselves down.nnTo close the toilets and half of the restaurants during a community event is one thing, but to then tell customers that only children are able to use the disabled toilets and ONLY when buying something is a disgusting attitude for whomever was in charge to take this evening!nnI have 2 children with disabilities and I myself have ADHD & Autism and I have NEVER felt less inclined to visit a Costa again!!
Waited ages for our drinks.nI asked one of the staff and was told our drinks was at the end.nShe said we called your name.nBoth my friend and I never heard her.nJust wondered how long we would have sat there if I hadn't inquired?
Always loved Costa, can not fault it. Food is a bit expensive but tastes really nice mostly.
Lovely day out with my niece. Had a Caramel Iced Frappe however there were no sprinkles!! Sprinkles are the best part of this bevarage but I didn’t get any. Absolutely rubbish and highly disappointing.
