Excellent service and very polite people who work there.
Staff in most shops are friendly, I do enjoy the seasonal menus. Stock runs out often, so potentially look at that, but I can usually find something else to order. Better than Starbucks
Met a friend for coffee. Had cakes to go with it. Took a long time for the coffee to be made but it was worth waiting for.
June 2023.nnWent in to the shop as the drive thru had a que. No que inside, so I thought brilliant. I was told he'd be a minute.nnSo you have one man on the drive thru and a younger man doing a large just eat order. I waited 10 minutes with not a word said to me, 2 people walked out after waiting a little while. I noticed there was no one at the drive thru so walked back to car and drove round, only for the man who was doing the drive thru orders to now be serving at the till and the younger one still doing pick-up orders. So waited another 10 at the pick up window.nnSo slow, would not recommend this one. 20 mins waiting when no que inside and then no que when I went into drive thru.nnThe drinks were nice but not worth an awkward 20min wait.nnIf this Costa can't keep up with just eat orders then don't do it. Simple.nnNot organised at all.
