Nice clean store. Plenty of parking. Plenty of seating even some outside. Wheelchair friendly, disabled parking. Drive through or sit in. Mango bubble tea was perfect for my little lady and the new whipped iced caramel latte was delicious!
We always stop here early on our way to Cornwall. Usually ok but this visit was marked by inattentive server. After the 3rd correction I lost interest and just went with it. Coffee was excellent. Sausage bap luke warm, cheese twist rather than a chocolate one. Etc etc. Hopefully the server moves on before we visit next year.
Very poor customer service and very impatient. Gave me a wrong order and was sent away to wait in the waiting bay for the mistake that they make. I'm pretty sure this costa at Andover will be the last time I will ever visited. Requested for kt receipts and wasn't given any - excuse was there's too many customers...Extremely Disappointing...avoid at all cost...
Very nice place, coffee just great, had a chai latte , and as well a lemon tart. Both nice and delicious, great place to hang out, just less stars because no WiFi, get it repaired!!!
I had a cup of tea and a cup of coffee and a long conversation with a friend for 3 hours and felt very comfortable.nThere was a cleaning issue which a member of staff dealt with very professionally and quickly.
