Great local coffee shop. Staff are always welcoming and get to know the customers. Like others have said can get busy but more an indication of the quality service you get. There are two other machine options in longfield but this is the place to go. Keep up the good work A****
I want to support my local..but .. it took way longer than it should to make 2 cappuccinos to drink in. It was hardly what you would call busy. The first attempt at a toasted tea cake was burnt. They brought the replacement to the table but with no butter or a knife ... maybe just two people serving was short-staffed but there were too many own goals. The staff were very pleasant.
Brilliant store , came in with a friend and ordered 2 drinks and a cake. Quick service and lovely staff.
I absolutely hate this place.nIts very slow, coffee is never made properly, always overheated, disgusting.nHad to go there twice because had no other choice around once i was visiting relativesnI feel sorry for local community that they have only costa
Always great service, friendly staff. Can get busy at times but the staff always handle the queue well. As a regular, they take the time to learn your order and preferences. I have seen this to be the case for other customers to. By far always has been the best branch with the best made costa drinks I have been to
