I always use costa when out for walks, this as to be the worst ive used. 4 guys serving took ages just to get 2 medium lattes. Went on yhe seafront to drink our lattes, both of us couldn't drink as was a weird taste, They ended up in the bin, we should have taken them back, but the place was packed due to poor service.
Bought a Costa cup and it was my absolute favourite until I dropped it.nRushed to my local Costa in Morecambe to see.if they had any left.nThe person on the counter was so helpful and advised me to visit the shop down the street and tell them they were in a box in the office.nWent down and now we're priced at £4.50 for 3 OMG I bought 9. And I bought my favorite large skinny latte to go.nPerfect ! Local and friendly and fantastic coffee.
Really disappointed today, been coming to Morecambe Costa since it opened. Never had an issue before until today, our order took alot longer than usual. However staff were messing about laughing and joking together and not concentrating once manager left the counter. So much so that my partners order was completely forgotten about. No apology was made, lady who taken our order confirmed we did order another drink and then it was laughed off. We waited and then was handed our missing drink with no apology. Headed out the cafe and had our drinks elsewhere only to then realise that my chocolate brownie milkshake was compacted with ice to the point where it was flavourless.nWon't be going back.
Usual excellent coffee. This coffee shop is on a main road so parking is a bit of a pain, when you do manage to get here the access is pretty good for all abilities and there seems to be ample seating, been here on a number of occasions and will probably be coming back some more, definitely recommend.
Great Costa Coffee store that is perfectly located on the coastal road.
