I love this place! I've been going since it opened but think it's needs a makeover, hasn't been done up since it opened 9 years ago. Staff are lovely and I get on great with them, they know my order by heart!
Solidified decision I will not be returning to Costa as a franchise. This particular store has been on a downwards slope since it opened. My recent visit was poor. I ordered a beverage and one of the staff members rolled their eyes at me and proceeded to take their time making my drink. My toastie wasn’t toasted properly and was soggy. Also, several times in this store over the last few years we were asked to leave 15-30 mins before the store closed so they could close early. Cheap prices means cheap quality and poor customer experience. I’d rather go to a premium brand and spend extra to get quality products and service.
Good service and ok coffee, but there are no healthy nutritious food options. Loads of sugary cakes and cookies and some sandwiches, but if you want to have a leaner option that doesn't exhaust all your daily calorie intake, there's none.Food: 3/5
Staff are so busy but always greet you with a smile even when they are under huge pressure and they make the best drinks but they have no unsweetened almond milk which would make a huge difference in the clientele u would get as all the drinks would drop by about 100 calories depending if u get alpro which is the best as all the fancy drinks look great but there calorific thereof is OK but is very expensive an always has been and I've been going hrre for years as I love the staff but the decor is so dark an depressing as there's no natural light it's very dark like an old fashioned pub dim lights and dark colours . I know lots of people say they avoid going in just for that reason. Kid-friendliness: Like I said the staff are what make this place without them I honestly think it would have shut down years ago as many different staff have passed through the doors of this place in the last 8 or more years but they are what make a dark atmosphere feel bright with their smiles an kind energy . But it seriously needs a revamp
Service was ok but the breakfast wrap I received after I asked for it to be toasted was stone cold in the middle I couldn't even bring myself to take a second bite, really disappointing

Dirty tables I would have understood if it was busy but there were only few tables occupied All other tables were dirty staff was nice but barely moving
It is a while since I popped into this branch of Costa in the Mill centre, Clondalkin. Typical food offerings as with all Costa branches. However the staff were very friendly & had time to greet the customer, even though the place was very busy. You were made to feel that they valued your custom, which is nice. Coffee was average but not bad.
I really enjoyed my coffee, its wheelchair accessible. Staff friendly and efficient.Food: 5/5
