Nice coffee and service. But very expensive. €4.55 for a medium mocha. Place is clean but a little noisy on mid day Saturday. Could do with some wall separators to dim the noise levels.
I've stopped by here several times now and on each occasion it was more or less the same. The food and beverages are of a good standard and the decor is modern the rest drags the scor down. Tables are left far too long before cleaning, the queue for service moves quite slowly at quiet times and even more slowly when it builds. So in summary it's an OK place to stop by but don't expect much by way of ambience or service and having to ask for a code to use the toilets because a few non customers may have used them in the past penalises your customers and is degrading. Buck up Costa your better than that.
The staff was so rude I asked for full fat milk for my kids hot chocolate and she start arguing about it she said this is the milk they use. I asked her I wanted full fat but she keep arguing. I asked for manager and she said she is the manager there was no customer service at all very miss behaviour
Went to Costa in Longford today just after 16.00. There was two females behind the counter serving. I can't Compliment them enough. Very friendly and willing to help. Made me a coffee not on the menu with no issues. Staff like that should be looked after.
Ordered a coffee and a tea, 3 people working, stayed 45 mins and one table was cleaned. People came in the door and left again because the place was so dirty, 90% of the tables filthy, nobody cleaning up, customers cleaning their own tables and dirty dishes piling up. Really baffling and disappointing.

Don't understand why you need fancy menu for frappes if all the time you don't have anything. Take down menu and sell only cappuccino. And girl who works there needs to improve customer services skills. Don't recommend this place.
Great place for coffee. Big, clean and the staff is friendly. The plants need some water though Parking: Lots of parking spaces
Tables are filthy . No napkins avaible no customer service toilets a disgrace Avoid if possible
