Would have given 0 stars if I could. Normally a half decent Costa. But today was awful. Spend a fortune getting it delivered as not able to leave the house and it came literally tasting like they have mixed mud with water. Whoever is making the coffee's today obviously dosent know what they're doing!
As always no matter which Costa we go to its always the best coffee made with care and full attention to maintain high standard. But this Costa has slightly disappointed me. The coffee was ok and staffs are helpful and friendly. Almost half of lights were off and the ambience suffered as a result. The toilets were littered on the floor and did not smell neutral.
Lovely coffee! Lovely atmosphere. Toilets could do with a bit of a clean.

This is without doubt the best run and best stocked Costa in reading Berkshire and with efficient friendly staff, they should be given a pay rise, absolutely brilliant

This Costa is much like any other. It was quiet when we arrived early Saturday evening and staff were chatting but once we came up to order they were friendly and attentive. Really appreciate that they offer lacto-free milk as an option! They and Coffee #1 next door seem to have a real fly issue right now. Lots of fruit flies darting around while you try to enjoy your drinks. Very distracting and annoying! Doesn't make you want to hang around for long. Drinks were good, as expected, and made quickly. Sofas available and a selection of newspapers which doubled as fly swats!!
Very dissappointed having bought my son a hot chocolate with a flake. To be told that the flake is always put in the drink unless told otherwise. Needless to say they flake had simple melted. Utterly pointless.
It's a Costa much like any other but they seemed friendlier somehow. When I was in there it was quiet. I suppose the most important part is the coffee though... I had a latte, not adventurous but it was good
