Awful experience. Things always go down hill when you have a lousy manager and cluless and lazy workers with no dedication. Boxing Day. They close 4pm. We arrive 20 minutes to 4pm and three very young ladies tell us sorry we cannot make you coffee because we close at 4 and we are cleaning the machines. They say the manager told them to do so. Closing at 4pm means you start cleaning and stop making coffee at 4pm not at 3:30. The ladies agree with us but they say they have to listen to the manager. This is really bad for Costa and I will make sure they hear about it. Seems to me like very bad management with clueless staff who just all want to go home. Fair enough except that the three staff at the Starbucks down the road were still working hard and making coffee for customers and they also closed at 4pm.
Tables never seem to be cleaned, floor generally dirty, drinks are awful hardly any coffee in my latte, just tasted like hot water and milk, chai was no better probably economising on coffee and syrup. Trying lusso or Starbucks or even m&s next timeFood: 4/5
Nice place to have a cup of coffee but so unclean. All chairs are very dirty, not washed after opening few years ago... rubish and dust under tables and on windowsills... Parking: Plenty of parking
Nice Location in Didcots shopping Mall, staff quick and polite, plenty of room inside, toilets clean, the latte and lemon cake was great!!
I got a too good to go from this Costa a few weeks back, and it was really substantial with loads of stuff inside. The staff were friendly and helpful, and patient with me when I was struggling to get my phone to work. I'd definitely like to get another one again Vegetarian options: They gave me a vegetarian magic bag

Nice coffee shop in the Orchard Centre. Good, quick service. Nice atmosphere with plenty of windows. The only downside being that the frappes were not available.Food: 5/5
Friendly baristas and perfectly mixed beverages one cold, one hot and my fav passionfruit tart made our late afternoon drop-in the ideal start to the weekend.
