Currently here for a coffee treat with kids. So far the noise of the staff outweighs the music and machines in store. One member of staff sounds like Janice from friends and has turned the experience into a nightmare. I understand you want to have fun at work, but have some manners and decorum about yourselves for the customers. Not professional in standard or service, not the first time this has been mentioned for this store.

The Place is covered in cobwebs, dusty, dirty toilets, dirty Tables and slow service. There are much better coffee shops close by such as Home Bargains.
Tasty, quick service, fairly clean, and not overly expensive. I love going here for a quick treat
I go here a lot due to location and convenience.... I'm not going to comment on the price of the food & snacks because that's an overall Costa issue. However in the Armagh store, staff can be very loud and not very professional... always 3-4 of them hanging around the till area having the craic whilst there are mulitples tables both inside and outside that could do with being cleared for people to sit down rather than having the customers move trays of dirty dishes themselves to other tables. This is a very regular occurrence and I put this down to poor management of the store itself. I would also query how good some of the baristas are too as coffee quality & their temperatures can vary quite a bit. Costa HQ could do with making some unannounced visits soon
If you ever want to have a nice room temperature tap water with half a drop of strawberry syrup iced? drink for £3.90, then this is your place. Located in the heart of the Spires car park, this little gem is in the forefront when it comes to alternative water drinks. Thats why I’m giving it a solid 2.
