No full fat milk and coconut flat white doesn’t look or taste like it should. Please go somewhere else ! Barista do not know how to make coffees.
Served by a young woman and her colleague. Simple triple espresso with ice cubes. Made the drink, served in two different cups no idea why it couldn't be put in a single cup, then informed me there's no ice. Bad attitude throughout. Keep up the goodwork.
Stopped at Northbound side. Last 3 times I’ve been the place doesn’t have food or drinks on the menu. Served by people who aren’t in uniform. ‘Order here’ sign not working. Roof of building damaged looks like parts could have fell on my car. Queried regular no stock issue with server, response was essentially it’s my fault for going to the drive thru at peak times. Place doesn’t even look like a Costa Coffee anymore.
11am 28/01 - understaffed, 3 people working on 1 machine, other workers walking around not offering help. Que stupidly long and customers even speaking amongst their selves. Terrible service, worse service station Costa I've ever been to.
ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS SERVICE!! I was appalled by the customer service, the baristas were rude and unbothered having conversations midway serving customers. My drink was cold and had to wait so long for my food even though the cafe wasn’t busy. Trash service. No respect.
The member of staff who served me was lovely so this is no reflection on them. I asked if I could store my 3 small tubs of breast milk in their fridge while I stopped for lunch and before the member of staff could answer, another I assume the manager? chimed in with "no we can't" without explanation. It's an odd request and I felt a little weird asking so I didn't push for an explanation, but have asked places before and since with no issues. The member of staff who served me genuinely looked embarrassed at the blunt and quick response from their colleague and offered me some sympathy at least. My toasted sandwich was squished into the package so that more of the filling was on the packaging than in the sandwich. There was no offer to help with my cup, sandwich and cake to the table despite being alone with a baby and my hands full. I wouldn't usually expect that at service station cafes but there were either 3 or 4 staff working and just 2 of us in the queue at the time. Just poor service!
Quick and friendly service even at 2am
Worst coffee I have ever had. ordered 2 frappe and was not blended cubes of ice still visible and the coffe tasted like dish soap worst experience especially when you have been driving for 2 hours and just want a decent drink.
They've put there prices up there is no way I will ever pay £8.50 for two medium cappuccino again. In fact I won't be stopping at any Costa again.
We asked for extra hot medium latte but guy said its extra hot which is not extra hot, completely layer, not really enjoyed. Parking: Great for parking
