Frappe was good and delicious as usual. Great atmosphere and clean store. But only one person was serving making it longer to order.

In January 2023 I bought what I believed to be a insulated reusable cup from this branch, I discovered it wasn't actually insulated and wouldn't keep a drink hot for any more than an hour which really disappointed me. Because I don't live local, today was the soonest I could return to this store to see about a refund / exchange. The staff were lovely, explained that the plastic lined reusable cups are not insulated and kindly gave me a replacement. Great customer service Thank you
Great place while you waiting for your move. Its cleac and staff vare very polite and helpful...
Always busy, and quite often out of stock of the flavours we like. Expect a good 15mins queue or more. Coffee as per the other Costa outlets though, which is always good. Just wish there was a way of knowing what is in stock before queuing for so long.Service: 3/5
Lovely and friendly staff. Ordered a chocolate biscoff cake, Strood waffles, a reg latte and reg gingerbread latte and a baby hot chocolate. Member of staff asked if we would like the temp of the baby hot choc cooled. Atmosphere was very busy and cramped, layout is very restrictive in regards to comfortability, less space and comfort overall.
Selves well stock. Staff clean,tidy,friendly,helpful and well organised. Lattes extra hot like we asked for. Bacon bap and toast cooked perfect. Will calling again.Food: 5/5
Been to this Costa on most occasions when I have visited East Midlands designer outlet. Staff customer service skills were very good. Service was excellent. Tables were clean Parking: The car park is very big Wheelchair accessibility: No steps at this Costa store. They have a disabled toilet
I do love a Costa, the franchise element seems to mean great service, even when they are really busy. Lovely coffee and their Xmas hot chocolates are really amazing.Food: 5/5
