Our first visit to this Costa Coffee store, which is located within the Shopping centre. Parking and access is good, disability access is good. The Costa store has a few tables outside within the main concourse and a few small tables inside the store. It's fairly tight and I can imagine it being pretty tight when and if busy. I was ordering a few Bacon rolls and sausage with a couple of hot drinks. I had to wait just under 10 mins for the order to be completed, the order was presented in their standard paper bags - all was good. The quality of the food is obviously debatable, it's precooked, prepackaged and then furnace blasted in their wee grills. Though it is tasty and convenient so what can you do.. 3/5
Got to be the worst coffee in the whole area. Cakes are good and a bit pricey but you need to get rid of the taste somehow!
Costa decided to save money by using a cheaper brand of soya. This soya leaves an after taste and detracts from their excellent coffee. Sadly I have had to leave them and are now frequenting Nero. Bad move and worse soya Costa. Shame on you.
Two costa outlets in gallagher shopping park port glasgow .one was take away only due to lack of staff the other one one was also take away due to lack of staff there was dishes and cups left on all tables staff were rude and unpleasant when addressing public entering premises.

Staff are lovely. The nicest Costa staff that I personally have dealt with. Had all the same pitfalls of other chain coffee shops, in that the prices are higher than they really should be, but the friendly staff nearly manage to make up for it.
Always amazing customer service..Courteous, polite and friendly staff who are always pleasant no matter how busy they are.
