We went in as a 3 around 1:00 on a Sunday and there were many seats. The building is very spacious. The staff were very friendly. Overall, if it is close to you or if your going past it I would 100 percent recommend.
Love this Costa, right in the heart of Dorking. Located in what was the TSB Bank, cosy place, nice atmosphere, friendly staff and love that mezzanine floor.Food: 5/5
This is one of the nicer Costa Coffees I visit, I like the setting and layout. It's in a nice location and offers seating in different areas. It can get busy but as with all Costa's the service and food/drink are always good. Parking: You will need to use the car park at the back of St Martin's walk as there is no street parking in the vicinity. Wheelchair accessibility: This branch has a wheelchair lift to facilitate access.
Nice place but the flat white was far too milky like a latte and I couldn't drink it all! A shame otherwise I would have enjoyed my time there.Food: 3/5
Offered ketchup with our food which was very welcomed. Used offers so it turned very good value. Friendly staff. Saw staff helping elderly customer with care and consideration. Dietary restrictions: Vegan sausage sandwich was good. Would have liked a wholemeal roll.

Had a coffee from this place first thing in the morning and was seriously ill after it for the rest of the day! Pretty sure I was poisoned with something. Would never drink from here again.
The quality of the coffee is up to the usual standard. I sat on the mezzanine floor and it was a nice place to be. However, the WiFi wasn't working properly and the place had the stale milk smell that many Starbucks seem to have!
Whilst the coffee was fine, though the size of them was rather larger than we expected, the quality of the almond croissant was very poor - the pastry tasted stale, like it was made two or three days earlier. Certainly not a recommendation!
