Very nice costa with quick and polite customer service! Easy access and good internet. Don’t come here often but when I do it is always warm and cosy with a relaxed yet comfortable atmosphere!
Very good experience. Staff were excellent. My order was perfect as usual. Very quiet at the moment but will tend to get busier lunchtime. Seating layout is very well thought out with many electrical outlets to connect your electronic devices.
The place is nice, good space for a meeting. My mocha tasted great but was like warm
Dirty plates.cup had old coffee in it .broken tea pot. Dirty knife!
A deal was advertised behind the counter but the staff didn't know how to put it through the till, so I couldn't get it. They also messed up the order of the person behind of me. An underwhelming experience and a reminder of why it's best to avoid large chain coffeeshops.
Staff were really lovely, down to earth and friendly. Usual costa drinks and food. Only knocked off a star because it is a but tired looking in there, they could do with a refurb. Other than that all good
One of the best costa I have been too. I was served by my guessing the manager who gave the best customer service and made me a 10/10 latte. He is truly showcasing his skills as a manager and I can see his teaching his colleagues well. Highly recommend everyone who goes by to give it a visit.
