Lovely staff nice atmosphere
Lovely member of staff here. A Greek lady who was so friendly. Even my children commented on what a nice happy lady she was. The mocha was nice too!! Staff like this need to be commended. It costs nothing to be friendly and makes all the difference to someones day.
I have been here 3 times now on an evening in the past month. To be told on ALL 3 times that the coffee machine is being cleaned and it'll take 10-15 mins for it to be cleaned and that there is Costa machines inside the Service Station. But that defeats the purpose of a DRIVE THRU! Last night we were there at 6.49pm, previous times I was there at 7pm and at 7.05pm.
Absolutely wonderful lady working there this evening... from the other reviews I think she is Greek? So kind hearted, humble and lovely. An absolute credit to the business!! And by far the best best mocha and iced tea we have had from a costa.. Promote this absolutely wonderful wonderful lady.
Called here for the first time on my way to work the other day. Very convenient , quick and easy with very friendly service. Prices are a little high but alright as a treat now and then. Good selection of coffees, obviously but they now also do breakfast rolls and wraps
Always trying to upsell . I just wanted a black coffee strong . I asked for an americano three quarters full always too weak . They were trying to upsell me to buy another shot of coffee and to get a large coffee when I want a small one . Should get strong coffee without buying extra shot as it's expensive enough
Super efficient, friendly staff, awesome little moving tray to hand you your drinks, we'll be back as we only live down the road, but like going to the drive through and staying in the car
Friendly service, not as usual as it should be at motorway services but this drive through seems to have picked staff wisely who can keep a good disposition in an isolated role. Usual Costa menu so no let down there either.
